About

The masterclass offers a practical approach to strategy development and business model reorientation especially under high external uncertainties, such as current market developments caused by the pandemic or international conflicts, and under internal resistance in the organization against change. The courses will place a special emphasis on digital business models and novel ways of competing in a continuously evolving business landscape.

Testimonials

The seminar held in June 2019, led by Harvard Business School Professor Frank Cespedes was an amazing learning and social event. Case studies method, think out of the box take away and all this delivered with great energy!

I highly recommend the 2022 Masterclass for every manager focusing on strategy.

There is no doubt in my mind that seminar event from 2019 led by Harvard Business School Professor Frank Cespedes was a great success. I was especially impressed by the professional organization as well as by the fact that events of such quality are now accessible to local business people. I would strongly encourage everyone interested in managing a business not to miss out on this outstanding opportunity of learning as it was truly a memorable experience for me!

The previous HESR seminar led by Harvard Business School Professor Frank Cespedes was a hands-on, thought-provoking program that left me truly inspired; feeling much more confident and clear-sighted, with many actionable take-aways I was able to apply immediately.
I’m sure we’ll get the same level of relevance and eye-opening experiences from this year’s masterclass too.
